- Government university students will apply for the laptop scheme online by clicking on the list of eligible universities.
- Students who have complaints can submit their complaints to pmlnscomplaint@hec.gov.pk.
- Azad Kashmir students can apply by qashah@hec.gov.pk.
- Eligible students must have copies of their CNIC, Mobile Number, and Email Addresses during registration.
- The closing date of the application is 29 September 2022.
